About Meetali
I have studied with the most renowned and oldest lineages in India. Advanced Pranayama with 98-year-old Guruji BNS Iyengar, Ashtanga intermediate series with Guruji Sharath Jois, Pre-post natal and Yoga Therapy from Yoga Vidya Gurukul. My classes are thoughtfully curated depending on students' levels and requirements. I take my students' mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being very seriously.

The class is designed around each student's individual needs and requirements. Depending on their level, health, specific concerns or ailments, the session may include Yoga Therapy (for different reasons like slip disc/pregnancy/Thyroid etc), a gentle flow, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra, hatha yoga or ashtanga Primary series.
