About Jorge
Hello, my name is Jorge and it's been a year since I finished my higher education cycle in sports, that's when I decided that I was passionate about personal training, since it seemed very nice to be able to guide people to their personal goals and see how with control and discipline we can all reach our goals, and being able to be part of that process would be a source of pride for me.
That is why, if you are not willing to sacrifice hours in the gym and take care of your diet, having healthy lifestyle habits, I would tell you that I am not your indicated trainer. Since I am looking for people who are committed to me and above all to themselves.

I am passionate about indoor training, whether it is for weight loss, maintenance or hypertrophy. Because I have played soccer throughout my childhood, I have various knowledge to improve physical performance in sports, more specifically in soccer, although I could work as a physical trainer in other types of sports.
