About Roshan

4 years ago I began to go through physical and mental suffering. I was forced by situation to practice meditation and yoga. On this journey, I healed my stomach issues and other physical issues. I realize the root causes of these mental and physical issues. And finally now I have been living in better condition from past few months. I also went through financial crisis, relationship issues, work issues, family issues and other. These situations help me to level up my skills to be able to manage them better. I can help you with all these things if needed. Much blessings and love from here.

About the lesson

Our classes won’t be just about poses or techniques. I’ve walked a path of real healing—physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’ll guide you through a deeper journey of awareness and transformation, tailored to your life. This will be a different kind of practice.
