About Rosie
My teaching experience goes back further than my training, to when I was just 17, and began teaching yoga to my mother at home.
After falling in love with yoga and practicing daily for a few years, I became certified as a yoga teacher in 2016, and never looked back.
I have been teaching regular classes in my local community ever since, and am now ready to take my teaching online to reach more people with the practice of mindful movement.
