About Toby
My name is Toby. I am in my 4th year of Medicine at UNSW and have tutored since I graduated in 2021. I enjoy playing sports such as tennis and baseball and playing/listening to music. I love teaching because I feel like school doesn’t provide perfect learning styles for everyone, as everyone learns differently. My tutoring is geared towards the children that might struggle with understanding their teachers, as I endeavor to explain things in a way that can be understood by everyone.

I love teaching. I think I work best with motivated students who want to improve their skills. It doesn’t matter about the skill set that you have, it matters how you apply yourself in our lessons and in the classroom.
I generally teach in an exam-based format, always following up theory with examples, as I find this is the best way to learn and excel at those pesky HSC exams.
