About Shaurya
Mathematics is a subject that is deceivingly easy, but will come off as difficult when you lack a proper understanding of the basic concepts that make up the language of mathematics. I used to be in the same boat, struggling to keep up with class materials and my fellow students because I did not have a proper understanding of the basic concepts that formed the foundation for more advanced math. Keeping an open mind, ensuring consistent daily practice, and enthusiasm to be better will allow me to help you become a wizard with numbers. I look forward to taking your lessons and having you fall in love with math!

I like to have interactive lessons with real world examples to help provide a complete understanding of the concept. Once the concept is clear, we move on to example problems and special cases. I consider my teaching unique because I take the time to ensure the student has understood the concept clearly and also understands the typical approach to a problem. The level I teach for is middle school, high school, and undergraduate math courses (up until Calculus 1).
