I have a passion for teaching and helping students excel in biology, whether they are in middle or high school. My goal is to make biology fun and engaging by breaking down complex topics and relating them to real-life examples, especially in the field of health and medicine. With an MD, an MBA, and experience leading healthcare projects, I bring a unique perspective that goes beyond the textbooks. As a tutor, my teaching methodology focuses on simplifying complex biological concepts through a combination of interactive learning, visual aids (diagrams and sketches), and real-world applications. I believe in fostering curiosity and critical thinking by encouraging students to ask questions and engage in discussions. A typical lesson plan includes a brief review of the previous session, a deep dive into new topics using diagrams and videos, followed by practice problems or experiments to solidify understanding. What sets me apart is my background as a medical professional, which allows me to offer insights into how biology connects with health and medicine, inspiring students to see the relevance of the subject in everyday life. These lessons are tailored for middle and high school students, focusing on core biology topics that align with their curriculum and preparing them for advanced studies in science.
