About Alice
Dynamic, enthusiastic, open-minded, I love working in multicultural environments and that's why I worked in Asia for a long time, and also where I learned yoga. I am an advanced vinyasa practitioner, and it has helped me overcome life's small and bigger difficulties for the past 7 years :) I suffer from several different medical issues, so I had to adapt my yoga practice in a therapeutic way, towards a gentler practice respects the body's own limits - and that's also what I would like to share with you!

2nd year medical student, I offer prenatal and postpartum yoga classes, at home or online. Trained in prenatal and postpartum yoga in Singapore under the aegis of Amber Sawyer (Embodied Woman Yoga), I adapt to your pregnancy and postpartum needs to help you with a class that will make you feel better, whilst ensuring we stay in a safe space. I teach in English and in French.
