About Nahid
My name is Nahid, and I am a science student at York University in Toronto. Math and science have always been my strongest subjects. I built my academic path on them, from top grades in high school through my current university courses in calculus, chemistry, biology. list your actual courses. Before coming to Canada, I also helped classmates and younger students back home prepare for exams, which is where I discovered how much I enjoy teaching. As an international student, I know exactly what it feels like to face difficult material and adjust to a new education system, so I bring a lot of patience and encouragement to every lesson. Students describe me as calm, organized, and easy to talk to. When I am not studying or tutoring, I enjoy [add a hobby. sports, cooking, photography], and I am always happy when a student messages me to say a test went well.

I am a science student at York University in Toronto, and I tutor high school and first-year university math and sciences, including calculus, functions, chemistry, and biology. My approach is simple: I first find out exactly where a student is struggling, then break the problem down into small, clear steps until it makes sense. A typical lesson starts with reviewing homework or class material, followed by working through practice problems together, and ends with a short recap so the student can solve similar questions on their own. As a current university student, I recently learned this material myself, so I explain it in a way that is easy to follow rather than overly technical. I am patient, friendly, and flexible, and I offer lessons online or in person. My goal is not just better grades, but real confidence before tests and exams.
