About Priyankha
I'm a mbbs student, as we all know mbbs gives a lots of stress but yoga makes me calm and helps me to approach my days in a positive way and adults in these days suffer from stress and emotional pressure and gives very less importance to their mental health , which could indirectly affect their physical health too , i would love to teach and educate my students about the importance of mental health and how easy it is to calm our minds.
