About Nathalie
I have been studying Yoga for nearly 20 years, with approx 900 hours of yoga teacher training and with additional training in yoga therapy as well as yoga for seniors and palliative care. I have taught more than 2500 hours over the last 4 years and am registered with national and international yoga organisations. I hold public liability insurance as well as first aid cert. My background in mental health and psychotherapy allow me to be extra effective in managing mental health and stress reduction.

I follow the 8 limbs of Yoga traditionally authored by sage Patanjali. I incorporate the teachings of yoga philosophy, movement, breath, and meditation which are all designed to connect students with their innate and true nature which is whole and complete. In discussion with the student, we decide together what outcomes are desired, what approach is appreciated and what problem areas need to become dissolved. This will determine the ratio, type and vigour of each element in the session. I ask my students to continuously inquire, observe and adjust so that they learn to come to a peaceful and relaxed state with themselves.
