About Mikaeel

My name is Mikaeel Collier. I love teaching Maths because I really want to help people understand and get better at Maths and love working with people on it. I started teaching since grade 11 and it's a true passion to see someone understanding the work and bettering themselves. I've always been told I am a good teacher and now I'd like to use this skill I have to help others who are struggling like I once was.

About the lesson

I consistently volunteer at Claremont High for after school maths tutoring and have been praised for my efforts and patience. I have raised my Maths and FS maths mark by almost 30% in the past 2 years through consistent effort. I attend the top Maths School in the province and consider teaching Maths as an option after graduation. In grade 10 and 11 my Maths marks weren't as good so I understand exactly how it is to be like this and I've brought my mark up by 30% so I know how to break away from the slump.
