About Aditya

I scored 96% in my final high school examinations and went on to study Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore (QS Global Top 10 University), graduating with honours. NTU is widely recognised as one of the toughest and most competitive engineering universities in a highly demanding education system like Singapore’s. I now use maths and problem-solving daily in my professional career and bring that same rigour and clarity into every lesson I teach.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m Aditya — an Engineering graduate from NTU Singapore (QS Top 10 University) and currently working in the industry using mathematics, statistics and problem-solving every single day in a real business environment, and I love breaking those skills down for students in a clear and friendly way. I graduated in Engineering from NTU, during which I led the university's engineering club, organised large national events and mentored juniors — so explaining complex ideas simply is something I’ve done for years. Now, I want to work 1-to-1 with motivated UK students who want strong results and clear thinking, not just more worksheets. What I teach: I specialise in: - GCSE / IGCSE Maths - A-Level Maths & introductory Statistics Foundation / first-year university level support in: - Algebra - Trigonometry - Geometry - Functions & graphs - Probability & Statistics If you’re unsure whether your syllabus fits, send me your topics/past papers and I’ll confirm before our first lesson. My teaching style (what a £60/hr lesson looks like) Every lesson is built around 3 pillars: - Concept clarity – I take each topic and turn it into a simple mental “framework” so you know when and why each method works (not just which formula to memorise). - Exam performance – We work heavily with past papers and real exam-style questions. I show you how examiners think, how to structure full-mark answers, and how to avoid common traps. - Confidence & speed – We practise step-by-step until you can solve questions under time pressure, explaining your thinking clearly — exactly what you need for top grades. I’m structured, patient and very direct. If something isn’t working, we adjust quickly. You’ll always leave each lesson with: - A clear summary of what you learned - A small, targeted homework set - A simple checklist of what to revise next
