About Livio

I am almost done with my Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Zurich and have been tutoring students from primary to high school level for more than 10 years. I lived in London and Madrid for a while, which is why I also offer tutoring in English and Spanish. Furthermore, I have completed the DELF B2 in French.

I tutor in the following subjects:
Mathematics
English
French
German
and physics, chemistry, Spanish,... on request.

Through my many years of experience, I have been able to help many secondary school students pass their high school entrance exams.
Until recently, I was also involved in the project of the Multi-Check and Stellwerk examinations in various cantons. This experience helps me to prepare students efficiently for these exams.

I enjoy learning with children and young people and I know a few tricks to encourage them to study.
It is important to me to adjust the level according to the student so that they can fully benefit from my tutoring.

About the lesson

I repeat with the students what they have learned at school and try to improve their understanding of the subject. To do this, it is important to solve as many exercises as possible in order to get a better overview. It is also helpful to develop your own tasks with the pupils. This way, it can be checked if they understood how it works.
