About Nathan
I am currently studying mathematics at Lancaster University, one of the UK's leading universities in mathematics. Having achieved 100% in A-Level Maths, I like to use my skills to help others in my free time. Tutoring is an excellent way to remind myself of the maths modules which we do not revisit in undergraduate study, and I believe that explaining and helping others is an essential part of developping your skills in a discipline.

Each student has their own way of learning, so as studying requirements vary, I adapt the lesson to each student. Usually, I follow the teachers' lessons and ask what the student would like help with, to follow up on their needs. For example, I can help with homework for those who encounter problems when applying their knowledge, or explain the lesson if there is a misunderstanding, or finally we can do mock exams or go over past tests to understand the errors made. Each session is organised with the specific requests of the student to allow for a productive and personal lesson.
Before teaching mathematics to others, I used to tutor in french, as I am a native speaker. My lessons are for all levels until GCSE or sometimes A-level.
