Yousuf and I were colleagues at Nixor Olevels. He is an outstanding teacher and a colleague. His passion for teaching, creativity and ability to make mathematics enjoyable truly set him apart. Working with him was geniunely inspiring and rewarding.

Sir Yousuf taught me Honours Math for 2 years, which was an extremely informative experience.
His style of teaching is one where he makes sure you fully understand the concept before moving on, no matter how long it takes. He first gives you the underlying understanding of the topic before moving on to the actual questions, and guides you through those as well.
When my batch of honours students and I were going to try the NMTC, Sir Yousuf made sure that each of us was comfortable with the math and gave us his utmost support throughout. While we were still just 8th graders, he made us feel like we could pass any math exam. That support has translated into a love for math and an excellence within it, now that we are older.

Sir Yousuf taught me at a school and I was extremely impressed by his teaching skills. For the first time I felt like I understood Math. After he left, I reached out to him and asked him if he can continue to teach me online. He is a phenomenal teacher because he never stops believing in you. He makes classes fun and educational at the same time. I was not really confident while giving answers but he told me that I should try and should not worry if I get any question wrong. Even after getting bad grades he helps you grow without judging you or making you feel embarrassed, and almost all the teachers do that. He always says, “you
are smarter than me and I know that.” Sir Yousuf is THE BEST TEACHER EVER and anyone who is struggling with math should reach out to him because he will make you fall in LOVE with math. SIR YOUSUF IS THE G.O.A.T

Sir Yousuf taught me Honors Math from grade 7 to grade 9, and Applied Math from grade 8 to grade 9. His lessons were extremely easy for me to grasp, and I was able to understand complex topics like the unit circle, permutations and combinations, and set theory, to list a few. These lessons helped me understand and think about mathematics more intuitively and gave me a solid base for my future lessons.
