Vijaya is very good yoga teacher..she is very patient to teach every yoga position..she has also very good yoga environment...vijaya hmesha apne students ko unke problem ke according yoga karwate hai..and also take care thier diet plan of students...
I have been learning from vijaya ma'am this summer and it has been a great experience. She is very thoughtfull teacher. Her lessons were engaging, useful and she was very patient with everyone in class. Always encouraging her students to try.
