I recently took some sessions with Sagar. It has been a wonderful experience. He is very professional, experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have started my *JOYFUL* journey of yoga with Sagar in August 2020. Being a working professional, usually health takes a back seat and it becomes very difficult to lead a healthy lifestyle. I had tried in the past all sorts of workout regime viz. gym, aerobics, dance etc. but the results were temporary in nature and sometimes became monotonous too. I had practised yoga for few months in past but to find a teacher who understands your concern and encourages you to become your better self is very rare. Sagar is a perfect mix of an excellent teacher as well as motivator. He will guide you throughout the session without any judgements and trust me the 1 hour workout will not worn you out like gym n all rather you will feel energized throughout the day.
