About David
With 3+ years of teaching experience and a BFA in Vocal Arts and Opera, I specialize in helping students build vocal confidence and emotional connection in their singing. My focus is on contemporary worship and gospel, but I also teach Pop, Indie, R&B, and other modern styles. I’m passionate about coaching vocalists in breath control, expressive phrasing, and healthy vocal habits. Many of my students are teen worship leaders, shy beginners, or emerging recording artists looking to refine their sound. I also provide live performance coaching for those singing in church settings and beyond. My goal is to help each student overcome performance anxiety and step into their calling with clarity and strength. I create a supportive space where students can explore their voice and grow at their own pace. Every voice is unique, and I aim to help you discover yours. Singing is a journey of both skill and spirit. Let’s walk that journey together and find joy in every note.

I teach with the whole singer in mind—technique, emotion, and long-term vocal health. My lessons are grounded in sustainable practices that support vocal careers over many years. We’ll work on stamina, managing fatigue, and creating strong routines around performances. For touring artists or worship leaders who sing often, I help build vocal systems that last. Breath work, recovery strategies, and proper warmups are all part of the process. I give special care to those balancing solo work and ensemble singing in church environments. My approach is gentle but effective. You’ll learn to recognize signs of strain and respond early. Together, we’ll build a voice that is not only powerful but resilient. I support my students in growing safely, expressing fully, and protecting their gift. The voice is your instrument—let’s treat it with care.
