About Elizaveta
I have been practising yoga for 5 years and I also have completed a yoga teaching training curse in India, Rishikesh. I love sports, spirituality and working with people to raise awareness of their bodies and mental state.
I have been teaching yoga for kids in international summer camps in the UK as well as for adults.

I teach according to the International Yoga Alliance methodology.
The lesson will take a minimum of 1.5 hours including meditation, warm up, breathing techniques, work with specific issues that client might have and relaxation.
