About Helen
Teaching mathematics has helped me understand that every student has their own learning pace and challenges. I enjoy supporting learners by creating lessons that are patient, structured, and encouraging.
I have a Master's Degree and 12 years of teaching experience with teenagers and university students. Throughout my teaching career, I have helped students strengthen their fundamentals, prepare for examinations, and improve their problem-solving abilities.
Watching students achieve personal milestones and develop confidence in mathematics is the most rewarding part of my work.

My mathematics lessons are planned to help students develop strong foundations before moving towards advanced problem solving. I focus on clear reasoning, practical examples, and methods that make complex questions easier to handle.
We'll cover equations, algebraic expressions, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, probability, statistics, functions, matrices, number theory, coordinate geometry, and mathematical modelling. Students practise different approaches, solve challenging exercises, and improve their accuracy through regular revision.
I provide customised practice materials, progress tracking, and detailed feedback throughout the learning process. My goal is to help students become independent thinkers who feel confident solving mathematical problems.
