Master Instructor in Fine Art Oils, Watercolors & Drawing in Elfin Forest, Wendy offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

I’ve known Wendy for many years. She was my art mentor and is still a friend with whom I'm always learning. Not 'how to draw,' but a different way to look at my work and explore different avenues.

When I was working entirely in black and white, Wendy introduced me to color. She showed me a couple of things and gave me ideas to explore, but she never hovered over me or told me that I *had* to do something a certain way. She simply opened the door and let me decide where, and more importantly, IF I wanted to go with it.

That’s one of the things I valued most about learning from Wendy. She offered guidance, ideas, and encouragement without trying to make my work into something that wasn't mine.

I’m very grateful for the years I spent learning from her, and quite frankly, I still turn to her when I have an art question.

I would happily recommend Wendy to anyone looking for an artist and teacher who will encourage them to explore, experiment, and find their own artistic voice.
