I believe that the best teaching methodology is able to flexibly adapt to students’ strengths and weaknesses. During the first few classes I typically asses the student's academic level as well as his or her learning style. I believe that the classroom setting should be comfortable and encouraging, as well as rigorous. Classes will be filled with fun, games, and real-life props whenever possible.
