About Sudha
Hello ! I I am Sudha from Lucknow, India. I have been conducting yoga sessions online and offline since last four year. I have completed my Master Degree in Yoga from University of Lucknow located in the Uttar Pradesh district of India. Beside this, I have also certified from DSVV, Uttarakhand district of India. My niche is in meditation, hathyog, vinyasa Yog, Therapeutic yoga.
I want people to get rid of their pain and live life in joyful way. I try my till my best capacity to help my clients from getting rid of their health issues. I will always work with the same motive.

Class conducted is of around 55 to 60 minutes start with Pranayam and end with shavasana. My classes I cover is strengthening part, flexibility part, stretching part and therapeutic too. You will get all the benefits of yoga in my session like strengthening of the muscle and stretching for flexibility and toning of the body. In therapeutic part, you will definitely enjoy yogasan that will help in your chronic diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, colitis and many more.
Weight loss and weight gain with in loss and toning of the body is my niche. Decide this I also conduct meditation sessions that will come your mental stress and frustration too.
