About Giulia

As previously illustrated, my "career" as a private English language tutor has lasted for three years now and I have had the opportunity to be of help for about fifteen students belonging to all levels of education. Thanks to my help, but also thanks above all to their commitment, the boys and girls were able to face more serenely (or have at least tried) the elementary years, the tests taken, the classwork and the university exams of the levels to be me already obtained.

About the lesson

Hello everyone! My name is Giulia, I am 26 years old and I am a master's degree in Specialized Translation of Texts at the University of Cagliari (110/110 cum laude). Even before obtaining the three-year degree in Languages and Cultures for Linguistic Mediation (Language A: English | Language B: Spanish) I started to give repetitions to boys and girls of elementary, middle, high school and even university students, facing different levels and stages of learning. I am also specialized in debt recovery for secondary schools, having helped several young people to face these great obstacles, and through my Erasmus experience in Poland I have been able to train my conversation skills on time. I consider myself a perfectionist. When I do something I have to do it well and I don't like to approximate. I demand a lot from my students, but I try to give the same when it comes to putting my head on the books. Furthermore, I am of the opinion that teaching is never an univocal path and it is something that I learned thanks to my nine-month Erasmus in Poland and my university career, since it is not only the teacher who teaches the student but also the opposite. The most recent teaching experience in a class belonging to the first grade secondary school (Nurallao, SU) has strengthened my educational and professional background, confronting me with the obstacles and satisfactions of the state school environment.
