About Costanza
I am an engineer and currently work at a company that designs automated warehouses. I have a classical diploma for which I have a long experience of repetitions of Latin, Greek and Italian. After the classical high school, I embarked on an engineering path (civil engineering) at UNIBO, because I believe that acquiring know-how is the only way to never get bored. After completing my bachelor's degree, I decided to enroll in the master's degree in management engineering. I started giving repetitions in the fourth year of high school, so I feel I have a long experience and my approach is certainly structured but at the same time flexible and variable depending on the person I support. In such a dynamic world, we cannot afford too rigid structures !!

My approach is based on understanding the methodologies used by the person I am supporting. Therefore, initially, I prefer a less structured method to understand what are the gaps. Once understood, I set a shared study method with the boy or girl I am helping and set goals, which I believe to be a good way to motivate those in front of me. It can be said that my method is structured but flexible because I tend to adapt it to the needs of children. My personal goal is that the support is temporary, once I understand the study method, I expect my students to walk alone :)
