I’m a Maths tutor with over 8 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Statistics. My passion is showing how mathematics can fuel creativity in art and design.
In my lessons, we explore parametric equations to create generative art, turning formulas into dynamic, evolving visuals. I also teach Fourier analysis, helping students break down complex sounds into basic frequencies for sound synthesis and musical applications. Geometry becomes an artistic tool when we study tessellations, designing repeating patterns for art, textiles, and architecture.
To make these concepts practical, I use software like Processing for generative visuals and Blender for 3D modeling and design projects. My teaching combines hands-on experimentation with clear mathematical reasoning, so students can see both the logic and beauty behind their creations. I adapt lessons to each learner’s pace and interests, making math engaging and relevant.
