About Pratidnya
I am Pratidnya and also an exercise trainer. At the age of 4 years, I started on the ground, then at the age of 7 years, I started running marathons, but I don't take any protein. Nowadays, everyone takes protein, but it is not suitable for everyone's body. I saw one of my friends go through an unbelievable process of medical issues because of protein, so I decided to share a healthy and proper way of doing exercise as well as diet.

Hello guys, I am Pratidnya. I believe in the natural process of being healthy. I take exercise from the beginning, starting with a warmup. I work on the mindset of my client and based on that client, I will take proper steps. Vision of mine = not only work on the body but work on roots so, the problem will never arise.
