About Tia
I love mathematics and helping others, which is why I have decided to go to school to be a high school mathematics teacher. I plan to teacher Algebra, Statistics, and/or Calculus, so I am excited to jump into the tutoring field until I begin teaching in Fall 2023. I tutored many students in high school and they were able to succeed in their math courses as a result. I love constructive criticism, so never be afraid to speak up!

I will work with the district's curriculum plan and prepare your student for future topics in the course. When possible, I would screenshare and walk through problems with your student that relate to the course material and answer any questions your student may have or clear up any misunderstandings of the topics. I will never fault students for making mistakes because I just see them as more opportunities to learn! I can also give advice for college preparation when requested.
