About Frankie
I first came to Yoga about 10 years ago and I'll be honest, I did it because I wanted to be able to do the splits. The more I progressed with my practise, the less I cared about being able to do the splits.
I realised that there was so much wisdom to these teachings and I began to go deep within and on a journey of self discovery.
My mind has always been extremely active and my own worst enemy. Physically, I have scoliosis which meant I lived a lot of my life with extreme upper back/shoulder pain.
Through Yoga and Meditation, I now know how to calm & control my mind and deal with my back pain.
I used to dream of teaching Yoga and now I am living my dream. I love to help others gain confidence, free themselves from pain and live the life they dream of living.

I want everyone to feel their absolute best - mentally and physically. I always offer a free consultation where we can get to know each other and what you are looking for from our sessions.
Each session will be completely tailored to you. I like to begin each session with meditation/breath-work followed by movement.
I don't tend to focus so much on the 'perfect pose' or how it should look. I want you to explore how you feel as we move through our flow. I like to synchronise movement with breath.
