Throughout my experience, my skills and have consistently sparked and improved self-confidence and a love of reading in my students.

o Excelling as a Reading Specialist for 17 years, coaching students and teachers from grades K-12 in leveled assessments, guided reading, and barriers to improvement.
o Creating individualized plans and programs to facilitate a targeted, personalized approach to reading education while stimulating students’ enjoyment and appreciation for reading and learning.
o Communicating and collaborating with teachers to determine appropriate interventions based on data and student performance.
o Developing, implementing, and evaluating dynamic reading programs—including designing programs for a variety of Schools.
