About Nancy

I've been a yoga practicioner for over 10 years and teaching for over 2. My teaching journey began in Cambodia in Jan of 2018 and became a certified instructor by June of 2018 at CorePower Yoga in Seattle, WA. I teach Power Vinyasa, Budokon, Tai Chi, Meditation and HIIT workouts. I offer 1-1 classes and group classes of up to 25 or more and I am trained to teach children, teens and adults. Students can expect to build physical strength, flexibility, grace and gain emotional resilience and inner-awareness.

About the lesson

Students can expect a challenging yet fun and restorative class that is intended to create a strong
foundation and a meditative flow. I like to practice the art of focus, mobility and breathwork.
Having a background in music and being a descendant of South America, I enjoy creating unique playlists to transport students through different cultures and time. My classes are balanced to strengthen and revitalize both physically and mentally.
