About Sharwan
I am a Yoga teacher based in Tamil Nadu, India. I am researching the ancient science of yoga that has come from Tamil Nadu. My journey is to excel in the ancient practices of yoga practiced and taught by the ancient Cittars of the ancient land of the Tamils. My journey in yoga is for the meditative techniques of Yoga. My quest and sincere commitment are to this practice within the tradition that keeps me in tune with my journey in life. I am a youth member of the Governing Body of TYOGA an organization teaching yoga for all especially for the development and skilling youth.
