About Riya

M name is Riya, I have finished my A- Levels and hoping to study Chemistry at Manchester University.
I have struggled in the past with understanding concepts but I was able to come up with strategies to help overcome these barriers.

I know what pressure from family / friends / school and even yourself feels like and it is something which I have struggled with but I can happily say I am in a place where there is some confidence when going into exams.

I may only be an A-Level student but I understand what exam stress and personal issues can do to your learning. I only want people to succeed and develop ways to manage these internal and external fears.

About the lesson

I will first want to understand where the student is at with the curriculum and see if they are struggling with any of the past topics which they have covered.
Moving forward I would help the student progress further with the curriculum so they are slightly ahead of their class. This will help reinforce what they have learnt and give time if needed to revisit any areas the student is unsure of.

Lessons can range from 1hr to 1hr 30 mins

Lessons are for students who are 15-18
Who will be / currently doing GCSE/ AS / A-Levels

I have experience in working with students as I helped lead our schools Chemistry Club
