I myself have gone through a weight loss phase so I understand the hurdles when it comes to losing weight and build better habits with consistency and support. I give you accountability and all the tools you need to succeed in your journey.

About the lesson

I use my personal holistic approach to lessons which usually last 55-60 minutes including some stretching and mobility at the end, I am based in Holbeck where I train some of my clients, I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer with 10 years of experience in the gym. All levels of fitness welcomed
