About Dnyaanesh
I am Dnyaanesh, from a beautiful hamlet of Central Maharashtra, India. I have accomplished yoga and meditation in year 2005 and there onward practicing this path with great devotion and proficiency. I have experienced in teaching yoga in IITs, IIMs and many more such institutions in this list. We combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to promote strength, flexibility, and balance. It's not about achieving perfect poses but rather about connecting with your body and breath.
