About Afiya

My own personal sponsored school, Imaje School of the Arts has been open to children from 1978 To 2015. Hundreds of children have learned to play the musical instrument of their choice. Focus is on teaching music learners to improvise and to read music.

About the lesson

I have a passion for teaching music to children. My first goal is to establish a strong foundation for children to learn to improvise and read music. Successful students of this technique are now leading church music departments throughout the US.
