About Manoj
Hi I’m Manoj Kumar an international yoga teacher and practitioner ,I startedy yoga when I was at the age of 8 years with my teacher for the yoga competition. With great hardwork and lessons I’m gold medalist in international yoga competition . I teach yoga internationally .from 2017 to 2022 I’m travelling around Vietnam - to Thailand to Singapore- Macau and teach and help students to get better in their practice with great experience want to reach more ppl online and help them with my knowledge and experience .
