I teach yoga to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My classes include yoga asanas, pranayama, breath awareness, meditation, chakra meditation, and Yoga Nidra. I primarily teach Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, and also incorporate Iyengar Yoga techniques when appropriate to improve alignment and make the practice safe and effective.
