My teaching Method includes, warmup, sun salutation, yoga asanas, breathing and meditation.
In asanas there are three types - basic, intermediate and advance level , teaching will be given according to your body and needs. There are several techniques to reduce the pain and boost the happy hormones during yoga practice which really help you to learning asanas effectively
