About Archana
I am Masters in yoga science and also qualified UGC net in yoga. Currently i am doing Ph.D in yoga from University of Patanjali and also taking classes in University. I also have experience of two years in research.

I start my class with warming up and than practicing different asnas. I end my class with different breathing exercises and meditation. I also include reakxation period in between the class. I add asnas in my class according to the student, it depends on them what they want from yoga

And I would recommend that you should take yoga classes from her because she has experience of various types of yogasShe is trustworthy because she has learnt yoga from one of the reputed institution in india.
