Welcome to the transformative world of yoga led by Nikitha , a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor committed to guiding students on their journey to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Nikitha is a certified yoga instructor with 2 years of experience in various yoga disciplines, including [specific styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin]. She completed 200 HRS RYT and 300 HRS RYT certification and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing education and self-exploration.

Class Structure:

*Opening Meditation: Grounding meditation to center the mind and connect with your breath.

*Gentle Warm-Up: Gentle movements to awaken the body and increase flexibility.

*Dynamic Asana Flow: Experience a fluid sequence of yoga poses that focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels.

*Breathwork (Pranayama): Learn and practice various breathing techniques to enhance your energy, release tension, and promote relaxation.

*Mindful Cool Down: Wind down the intensity with soothing stretches and poses, allowing the body to release tension and prepare for relaxation.

*Guided Relaxation (Savasana): Conclude the class with a blissful guided relaxation, promoting deep rest and rejuvenation.
