I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and I am certified yoga instructor. I have been teaching yoga as a volunteer for 4 years. I also run classes both in India and in the UK. I also have experience in teaching gyms and training centres

I follow the Sri Sri Yoga pattern. Where we use breathing techniques and yoga to relax the body and mind to go deeper into meditation. The yoga poses are suited to both beginners and to people with experience. I also take into consideration your needs to adapt the programme around you!
