About Hanlie
I have been doing training in Business for 22 years.
I am capable to train the use of the English language in all aspects of Business - Management, Finance, Sales and Operations.
My students are confident that they can assert themselves in various situations and aspects of business. They are trained in the use of the English language for different situations to ensure that they are not bullied, found incompetent or be dismissed because they lack the language skills to express themselves.
My qualifications are as follow:
* BCOM Business Management student at UNISA
* Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language
* Higher Certificate in Adult Basic Education and Training from the University of South Africa
* Higher certificate in Sales Management from Damelin

My teaching method is informal and relaxing - focussing on the specific areas and situations you require assistance with. You will gain confidence to handle day to day situations and will be able to express your knowledge for everyone to understand. Lessons can range from how to conduct yourself in meetings, sales appointments or any other business areas. It can be daunting to assert yourself in a new environment and to prove your worth in a new position or after a promotion.
I base my classes on your specific need - I give guidance and notes on how to approach certain situations and what professional language and pronunciation to use.
I give pointers on sales pitches you have appointments for.
I approach each topic with confidentiality and sensitivity. Roll play is an important part of my class. The more confident you sound, the more authority and reassurance you colleagues and customers will have in your ability.
I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to feel worthy and confident in his / her abilities. You have already done the hard work, language does not have to be a barrier in your career.

The free first lesson with Hanlie allows you to get to know the tutor and discuss your needs and expectations.

Details
Personal lessons can be done in facetime on Skype or Whatsapp. This ensures an interactive lesson where the student can have context for the lesson. The lesson plan will be sent through in PDF to the student for later revision. Material for further exercises will be mailed to solidify and ensure that the learning has been retained and the student can remember what has been taut.
Discounted rates will be supplied for multiple lessons booked. The rates above are for one-on-one lessons and includes all study material to be provided.
Should you wish to book more than one student, please advise and a further discounted rate can be provided for group classes.
