About Kumar
I am Kumar Abhinav, a law graduate and a fitness fanatic.
I did my graduation from one of the topmost law college in India, NLIU, Bhopal. I currently mentor students for Law entrance examinations, and also give physical training during the weekends. I enjoy yoga, weightlifting, calisthenics, and music.

We will start with the idea of yoga, the approach needed and the necessary changes required in our lifestyle. I will not be imposing asanas over the students, rather we will go about it scientifically.
I shall start with the basics, a good warmup, and then will take you into various asanas. Slowly and surely, I will keep progressing the level for constant gratification.
My intention is not to teach yoga but to give you the understanding that you can be independent in your practice in some time.
