I m yoga instructor doing yoga from the age of 12 In which school that I studied that school comes from a yogic background so there is yoga class and meditation class is mandatory for all the students in the school so thats where I fall in love with meditation and yoga and become a well trained professional in yoga and meditation and I have teaching yoga to others since 2and a half years.And I m very happy by teaching this thing the people find their inner peace and lives happily in today unorganized world.
