About Debojyoti
I am a self taught practitioner of yoga as well as other wellness procedures including diet for the past 15 years. I also have Advance Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. I have been helping out people who struggle with postures, flexibility, strength and endurance. Apart from yoga, I have been into advanced level swimming, rowing, long distance running and also strength training.
