About Vandana Maurya
Hello, I am Vandana, a Certified Yoga instructor. When I started my journey in the field of Yoga, I was impressed by the effect on mental and physical health from regular yoga practice.
I want to teach yoga with the aim of better physical health, better consciousness so that your productivity shoot up and decreases the negative emotions like anger, anxiety, sadness and leads you to a better version of yourself.
