About Heather
I am an Events Coordinator by day with a passion of teaching English online to kids in different cultures by night. I have been teaching English to kids in China for the past 3 years. I have worked with 96 students individually and helped them grow in their knowledge of the English language. My students can now speak, read and comprehend, and write in English! I base each lesson on the students needs. I teach using a very hands-on method. We read books, play games, and sing songs to help instill not just correct pronunciation but comprehension. I use props and rewards to keep my students engaged. I love teaching elementary students and helping them succeed not only at school but in life!
