About Sapana

I am Sapana Dashottar, practicing Yoga for the past 8-9 years, and I have understood and absolutely benefited from the learnings. There is still a long way to go, but I would like to spread the knowledge and purpose of Yoga to people around the world.

About the lesson

We will be performing and learning different styles of yoga, it's health benefits and have specialized classes according to the clients needs and problems.
The class will be a combination of meditation (pranayam), asanas (postures), and shavasan ( full body relaxation).
